Booking and Payment
Lessons (single or in packages) must be paid in advance. Your booking is confirmed only after payment.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
- You can reschedule a lesson only if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed entirely are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Lesson Packages
- The same 24-hour rule applies to each lesson in the package.
- No partial refunds are available for packages already started, except in exceptional cases (e.g. documented health issues).
Refund Requests
- A full refund is available only before the first lesson and within 7 days of purchase.
- Once the first lesson is taken, no refunds will be issued for the remaining package.
